Step onto the trail and let your nervous system synchronize with the pace of nature. Forest Bathing (from the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku) is a guided, slow, sensory experience that invites you to inquire deep within and find innate connection to the natural order. Rather than pushing for distance or elevation, you’ll move gently through a natural setting while your guide offers an evolving series of invitations to help you slow down, engage your senses, and mindfully interact with the living world around you.
Forest bathing isn’t a fitness workout or a clinical treatment — it’s a nature-connection practice, in community, that many people find calming, restorative, and grounding. Ample research suggests this kind of sensory immersion in nature may support stress reduction and emotional well-being. And did you know trees release aromatic compounds that support our immune systems by simply being present in a forest? Come as you are: no experience required. Rain or Shine! Spots are limited — register today!
